AUTOMETIC COATING MACHINE

Our paint booth It will be a larger water tank than other companies’ products, so it can store paint residue more easily. The structure of the water tank is designed to allow water and paint to overspray, making the booth very effective at capturing paint mist. *There is a shower installed inside the booth and a water curtain designed to be a 2-layer water film* to trap paint mist. The paint waste will be carried out to the outside of the booth’s tank because the bottom of the tank is designed in a slope shape so the paint waste can be easily scooped outside the tank. In preparing the surface of the workpiece before painting We will use anti-static, dust and oil removal equipment for metal painting. We also have a machine to clean the workpiece with pure water. Cleaning with chemicals (acids, alkalis, etc.) and washing the workpiece with water and drying.
